Fascinating, the attention to detail.
Almost as much attention as DEFRA paid to the bloke with the fag on the last page of their spiffing new wood/forest/tree/farm/pampas (delete as required) strategy. A nice pair of cavalry twills and a top-handled saw on the ground, while choking down another Capstan full-strength and, no doubt, wearing plimsolls.
Astonishing how DEFRA get it wrong every time, isn`t it.
I can`t be bothered actually looking at said document but it sounds as though it would have been given some gravitas if the bloke had been toking on a Hamlet, the mild cigar, for men.
